By using the Dodol POS application, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined on this page. Please read them carefully before using the app.

About the App

Dodol POS is a Point of Sale application built by Semakode to help small and medium-sized businesses record sales, manage products, and view business reports. The app can be used for free with basic features, or you can subscribe to Premium for additional functionality.

Who Can Use This App

This app is intended for users who are at least 17 years old or who already operate a business. By using this app, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Account & Login

  • You can sign in using your Google account. We do not store your Google password.
  • Keep your account secure. Do not share account access with anyone you do not trust.
  • You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.

Permitted Use

You may use Dodol POS to:

  • Record sales transactions and business expenses
  • Manage product data, categories, and inventory
  • Print receipts for customers
  • View sales reports and analytics
  • Back up your business data

You must not:

  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to damage, hack, or interfere with the app's systems
  • Copy, sell, or redistribute the app without permission

Premium Subscription

  • Dodol POS offers Premium features through monthly or annual subscriptions via the Google Play Store.
  • Payments are processed by Google Play. We do not store your card or bank account information.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing period begins.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play Store settings on your device.
  • Refunds are subject to Google Play Store policies.

Your Data & Responsibilities

  • Your business data (products, transactions, reports) is stored on your own device. We do not store your business data on our servers.
  • You are responsible for backing up your data regularly. We are not liable for data loss due to device damage, app deletion, or other causes.
  • Make sure the data you enter (prices, stock, etc.) is accurate. Input errors are your responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide the best possible app, but Dodol POS is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that the app will always be free from interruptions or errors.

We are not liable for business losses, data loss, or other issues arising from the use of this app. Use this app as a tool to assist your business, not as your sole record-keeping system.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms and conditions at any time. If there are significant changes, we will notify you through the app. By continuing to use the app after changes are made, you agree to the updated terms.
